Kelley, who lists residences in Milbrook and Franklin, Tenn., was apprehended on April 5. Charging documents indicate that she allegedly exposed her breasts and lower body at the busy intersection of Interstate 65 and Highway 14 in Millbrook on a recent Friday. Upon police intervention, she reportedly refused to identify herself and opted to sit down on the roadside, resisting compliance with law enforcement.
Scheduled for her first court appearance on April 11, Grace has encountered legal issues in the past. Reports reveal that she faced a probation violation charge on August 28, 2021, relating to a 2016 arrest for possession of methamphetamine. Additionally, she was arrested on May 1, 2023, on charges of violating an order of protection and restraining order, as well as parole violation.
