Police and ambulance crews were called to the scene in Crystal Palace Parade at around 8.40am today.
A child was treated at the scene and taken to hospital by ambulance.
Their injury is not life-threatening or life-changing, according to police.
No arrests have been made.
London Ambulance Service sent an ambulance crew, a paramedic in a fast response car and an incident response officer to the scene.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called a 08.40am today (13 May) to reports of a road traffic collision on Crystal Palace Parade.
“We sent a number of resources to the scene, including an ambulance crew, a paramedic in a fast response car, and an incident response officer.
“We treated a child at the scene, and took him to hospital.”
A Met Police spokesperson said: “RTC at around 08:43am.
“Injury not life-threatening or life-changing.
