AEW DYNAMITE RESULTS AND LIVE BLOG FOR JAN. 24
Soaring to the sun with blood upon their wings. Superstitious dust left twisting in the wind. Man still has one belief, but me? I’m just here to liveblog this pro wrestling show for you, folks.
The show opens with the intro video.
Samoa Joe makes his entrance and gets on the mic.
He greets Savannah and talks about the new championship endeavor they’re embarking on. From tonight, opportunities must be earned in battle, and that opportunity is to have the worst night of your life, just like HOOK got last week.
Enter HOOK.
He says last week, Joe won and he lost, shakes Samoa’s hand, and pulls him close, saying he doesn’t know when or where, but he will see him again. Joe says he bets he will but for now, HOOK should go to the back of the line, and he calls security to send him there!
HOOK takes it to three security guards, Tazplex on one and Redrum on another! Two more hit the ring, and finally, the Cold-Hearted Handsome Devil waves it off and leaves.
Commentary hypes tonight’s show up, and Joe joins them.
The night unfolds with various matches and segments, including a showdown between “Hangman” Adam Page and Penta el Zero M, Trent Beretta facing Wardlow, and more.
The main event sees Adam Copeland taking on Minoru Suzuki in a hard-hitting battle. After a grueling match, Copeland secures the victory with a Killswitch.
Post-match, Copeland shows respect to Suzuki, offering a handshake. However, Suzuki responds with a growl and walks off, leaving Copeland unfazed.
That concludes the show.
